A Week in the Village

A week in “the village” is a vacation like no other. Greenwich Village offers more to do in a week than most towns offer in a month. The eateries are unbeatable, the entertainment is quaint and awesome, and there are plenty of hole in the wall shops and hang outs that make the village one of the most interesting tourist spots on New York’s map. After all, how many people can say that they have been to the itty bitty luxuries of the village without being totally charmed with the life there?

The village is more than just a town. It is actually a convergence of lifestyles that creates a very unique and interesting destination for travelers and wanderers alike. Many people come to the village for a week and end up changing their life’s plans. Moving to the village is often a move that is made in order to embrace all that life has to offer in one small space without having to travel the long distances that separate the like minded towns of the United States. There is a little something for everyone at the village, and you certainly can’t get away with just a brief look into one of the world’s most unique towns. You have to relish it, because that’s simply what it demands. A trip to the village is totally worth it, and those who go there know that there are more secret haunts and friends to be made here than just about anywhere else.
